Default Garrett turbo, no vacuum line? Is this ok?

sorry for the gay/quick question:
my Garrett, has no vacuum line connection. This is normal right? Then what keeps it from over spinning?
I'm running a Tial 35mm wastegate also.

you'll be fine eric...I have a vaccuum side port, I plugged mine up...

ok, i figured it wasn't a big deal, but was unsure of myself as usual. by the way, my car's finaly running! (two months later!)
