Default Garret T3/T04E turbo user question

Do I need to buy a flange with a threaded neck for the oil inlet, like the oil drain? The inlet looks to be threaded -4AN on the turbo, but it has two bolts on either side of the inlet which indicates to me that a flange is needed. If I do need the flange where can I purchase one?

Thanks, Jeff

I believe if you use the threaded inlet you do not need a flange but I may be wrong. Mine only has a flange on the outlet to allow for a barb fitting. The inlet is just a 90 degree AN fitting screwed into the housing.

You shouldn't have to have a flange for the oil feed. Just use some teflon paste for the fitting and you're set.
