Fully built z6 + greddy kit = decent?
I have myself a fully built d16z6. zex cam, supertech valves, comp cam springs / retainers, tt rods, acl bearings, vitara pistons etc.
Looking at picking up a used greddy kit local.
Have a few questions, will i need to upgrade injectors / fuel pump or will stock be fine?
also, i'm not expecting to make much more then 200whp with that small of a turbo, but the low compression of the vitara pistons how well will the kit hold up on the lower RPM range?

First off, yes you need larger injectors, and I would recommend a walbro 255 pump.
Second, If you have a block that is capable, why would you put a greddy kit on it? Unless your picking it all up for cheap, I would just put something together yourself that will actually put the engine to use.

By hold up, do you mean make power down low? Well its a ~8.4:1 D16, so take a guess. The cam will help spool the turbo a bit faster, and the 15g spools quick anyways. The only thing holding you back (besides the wastegate, TheShodan will chime in) is the restrictive exhaust sections. Expect 15-30whp difference and a few hundred RPM spool increase if you change it to tubular + big exhaust.
btw phatrick, the reason someone would put a greddy kit on a built D16 is because you can build & turbocharge a D16 for less than a mid-level NA B-series - and make more power. If its a daily driver, 200whp is more than enough, and will last a LONG time on a good tune.
