fully build single cam with turbo!!! how much ??

i want to build a single cam vtec with turbo..on a EG civic..how much u think it will cost me for a fully built single cam vtec with turbo..is it possible for 11s? like high 11s on a EG si hatch..wit a single cam vtec turbo..please let me knmow.

do any of u guys have a single cam turbo on a EG??? let me know..post some pix... i was curious how mcuh i would b spending? should i go single cam vtec turbo or b series turbo??
