Full size radiator running hotter?
I swapped my entire motor setup from my civic to my integra, which has a full size rad vs a half size and Im running into cooling issues.
My theory is there less air flow to the rad because the integra has less space there and my intercooler is pretty huge blocking the opening. In addition the heat from the turbo is just soaking into the rad in front of it. I have a monster 13" spal and another 12" fan so it will never get above 200 deg F, but I still dont like it because I know these cars run around 190 normally.
Think a half size rad will help? This is also a Mishimoto full size.

Re: Full size radiator running hotter?
I know this might sound a bit crazy but was the fan fitted to the front (as a puller) of the rad last time ? If so can you move those fans onto the front ? I say this because every fan i've had on the back of the rad has some how lowered the cooling efficiency of the rad. Try it if you can...
