Full-Race manifold/3" v-band downpipe/TiAL 44mm/v-band dumptube
These are pics of the components that comprise the majority of the Full-Race turbo kit for factory equipped K-series vehicles. Since we have maxed out the efficiency of the Garrett GT3071R-WG, we are unable to conclude testing of the new turbo cams. Therefore, we must further upgrade our turbo system with hardcore engineered components to complete our extensive R&D. The Full-Race exclusive T3/T67 H.O. turbo with P-Trim turbine is scheduled for duty, however was not ready for this set of images. Hopefully we'll receive the turbo this week, if not we have a Garrett GT35R awaiting stand-by.

Pulled an all-nighter
We have the dyno scheduled and decided to use the Garrett GT35R since we won't get our T3/T67 H.O. in time. It's a race against the clock if we want to keep our appointment on the ever booked dynapack at Church Automotive.
The Full-Race downpipe is flanged for standard T3 4-bolt exhaust discharge (3") which is perfect for the T3/T67 H.O. Unfortunately, the GT35R has a GT 4-bolt exhaust discharge which has a ~3.25" flange. Additionally, the flange extends .880" from the housing whereas standard T3's do not. So, in order to make things happy - we had to replace the flange and shorten up the (upper) downpipe to preserve its position and routing as intended. This required careful measurement and fixturing. One other modification we opted for was the removal of the 3-bolt rearmost flange in favor of our investment cast stainless (3") 2-bolt flange to mate with our existing "catback" exhaust. We didn't have access to the car so we welded the new flange to a slip joint and will determine final placement when the car is on the rack since the lower downpipe may need further reduction to properly fit the catback.
The pics above show the finished result of the described modifications.

Re: Pulled an all-nighter (edo)
Is there a reason why u put the v band flange in the middle. I would have used the ATP GT35R 4 bolt flange with v band and then get a 4 bolt v band flange for your T3/T67. You would not have to go through what u r going through. just my opinion
Nice mani though

Didn't think of that, good idea. We did this in the middle of the night with readily available materials.
Since the downpipe is 2-piece (v-banded in the middle) shipped from Full-Race - I can just ask them to send me a new upper for the T3/T67 when it's ready.

If you're with FR, please ask Geoff to call me. We need the K-series intake manifold ASAP as well as the T3/T67 H.O. whenever the exhaust housings are machined and good to go.

I was going to say the same thing.. I would move that wideband o2 a little further away from the turbo, heat is going to take its toll on it..
