Default Fuel rail, line and regulator advise?

I have a GSR head and intake mani that i am putting on my ls bottom end. its got a t3/t04e and im looking for around 300whp on the stock bottom end. but i plan on keeping the car for next to ever and it will get a built bottom end when i graduate with my masters. the intake mani does not currently have a fuel rail and i figure, ill get a spiffy one while i am at it.
So what are your suggests on a fuel rail, what size line and which regulator?
thanks in advance

ps - if you got something you wanna get rid of, pm me

I havent heard anything wrong with the aem fuel rails, STR also makes them, as far as FPR i would go with Aeromotive(spelling).

For 300 hp you won't need to upgrade to anything more expensive than stock, but if you're upgrading anyway, I like the BDL stuff.
