Default Fuel question on dual 340s in tank

I haven't found many people running this setup chime in. It's always the dual 044 or 255 to 044 inline. My car is almost done and I don't know if I should keep what I got to hit my power goal or get one more 044(already have one sitting around) to run dual 044s.
Setup:
Lsv 84.5mm bore
Erl block with cp Pistons
Gsr head stock ports
Skunk 2 valve train
Pro 1 cams
Weldon regulator
Full blown dual pump hanger with dual 340s
-10 feed
-8 return
Fic 2150s
golden eagle rail
Precision 6766
I want to hit 800whp
I'm almost certain I can do it on c16. But the question is for e85 is this achievable?
My tank is sumped already so it wouldn't take much to set up the dual 44s. I did notice there is only one relay for the Intank pumps right now running straight to the fuse box joined with power to the alternator. I've read some guys use 8g wire but this def isn't 8 guage. Some people say its better to have a relay for each pump. I'm just hoping someone can fill me in on how I could make what I have work or tell me to switch up. I don't know how these pumps handle higher pressure either. As we all know 044 with the Weldon regulator can do 100psi base pressure. Not sure if the 340s can do that. If u have any info please fill me in! Thanks

Do you have pictures of this, like to see how they fit and how different compare to dual 225s.
