fuel pumps... aem 320 vs deatschwerks 300
Thoughts comments? I'm running a walboro 255 but have been told ill run out of fuel before I reach my power goal. So these two come to mind. Must be intank. Not a full custom setup.

I just installed the AEM in my kid's DC. Not FI now but all I can offer is it went in easily in stock bracket. I used the stock sock cuz it had a 45 angle which seemed like would reach down a little further when sucking fumes. stock plug went right on and everything, but running larger wires and a relay is recommended for top performance.
I see they now offer one certified for ethanol which I would choose if building or retuning. Just got a new Valero down the street with the alky.
What is your power goal, btw..
And info on setup would be helpful to the gurus

I used the aem and it's all good at 550 hp e85.
They also have a 400 walbro you could look into and the aeromotive 340.
I chose the aem because I thought it was the best value.

To the OP
What are your power goals, injector size, and fuel being used? Only then can we tell you if any of those pump options will be viable for your needs

Leave the walbro in tank and put a Bosch 044 between the filter and rail. If your going I spend money on a new pump running two in parallel will give you a big safety factor and allow for improvements down the road

I've never understood how inline pumps work when you have a 255 feeding an 044... the 044 can move so much more fuel the 255... unless the 255 works like a lift pump then the 044 pressurizes the fuel even further.
confusing stuff lol
