Fuel managment - archives disabled-
How safe is my setup? im running 12:1 fmu, inline fuel pump, missing link at 6.5 psi on my 95 gsr. Will i run into problems if i dont start tuning it soon? been turboed for 5000 miles now. fuel pressure sees over 125psi on the meter
i know alot of options i can get for fuel managment but im about to purchase within the next week or two. I just hear alot of bad things about fmu adn would like to ditch it.
its either vafc hack with 450cc injectors and a boost controller
or hondata s200 with boost and i dont know what size injectors
I personally think 310cc injectors and 8:1 fmu would do it
so i kinda need help figuring out what to do. car is 0bd1 by the way

You stop getting all the bad problems associated with FMUs by upgrading injectors and using a smaller rate FMU. As long as you aren't running the sort of boost that gives you crazy fuel pressures like you have now, you're fine.
In order to get an FMU setup working properly for a decent amount of boost, you'd really have as much spent on the setup as you would one of the better setups - AFC and ignition chip, or Hondata S100 w/ dyno time. On a Honda, I really do think the FMU's time has past.
