Default Fuel management questions for small turbo setup

Ok, Im sure this has been talked about before, but Im at work, and cant go wading through tons of posts...plus, most posts are full of everything but what you're looking for, regardless of the topic title...

I was just wondering what fuel injectors I would need to use (if other than stock) and if there was a better method than a FMU for fuel management....all this will be going on a stock d16y7 and will be only boost 6-7 lbs of boost at most....just something to make my daily drive a little more fun....nothing serious..

So I would tend to think the FMU would be "ok" for this...but was wondering, are there any alternatives that would be around the same price ($70)? Also, would my stock injectors be ok for the job, and if not, what should I look to get?

TIA

if your car is obd1, crome & uberdata are free other than the cost of buying new injectors.

And I've looked into both of those options, unfortunately, my car is not obd1. Even so, it is not "free" . The programming might be free, but thats where it stops. For me it would require a jumper harness and it requires a chipped ecu, and since I am not experienced in soldering, etc, it would require me to purchase a chipped ecu for use with uberdata (my choice of the two btw).

If I planned on any sort of high performance build, I would definately go that route, but this is just for some commuter fun....

With such low boost, and a stock motor, will I have problems with idle with 310 injectors?
