Default fuel inlet filter change on walbro install??

I am about to do an install of a walbro intank fuel pump I bought a new fuel filter - but I was reading the instructions and it said that I should replace the fuel inlet filter. What does it mean? The pickup sock?
I can't seem to find it at http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/ I looked here and here.

Does this need to be replaced on my car? (99 civic si) I searched but no one has talked about it.
TIA

Hmm... My Walbro came with a new fuel inlet filter (I'm pretty sure they are talking about the inlet sock thing), but that was like over 4 years ago.

It's just a little screen, so I wouldn't worry about replacing it on a 99 car. Just rince it off a little bit if it has some grit in it.

Yeah, I just bought mine a couple months ago, and it came with the little in tank filter (looks like a little bag thing).

Edit woops I am a dumbass - Your right it looks a lot like a bag - so much so that I didn't see it, lol

Yeah, mine was in the box with everything else (in a plastic bag with the isolator I think), so unless they had opened a bag up or you got it second hand, they should almost have to send you one. Good luck man.

Yes, they get a huge from me. They shipped mine next day air and still got it cheaper than anyone else. Grest service too

Well, I got everything installed - pump, new fuel filter, fp guage, B&M aFPR.

The helms says the fuel pressure should be between 40-47. I set it to ~42 - Does that sound right for a 99 civic si?
