FTW fuel red for turbo?
has anyone used FTW red fuel for a boosted application? any help would be appreiciated. Cant use purple with my twin walbros and my precision injectors

At $165/ 5 gal drum.. Sure. Its gasoline based, and not ethanol-based fuel, so the BTUs are higher and won't corrode the fuel lines or your fuel pumps like the Ethanol and Ethyl Alcohol stuff would, so really the question you should be asking is... why not? :shrug:
Plus, Willy Wonka would approve because it supposedly smells like SNOZBERRIES.. |

Don't say it won't corrode the fuel lines.... it has a similar composition to that of Q16 or import. Pretty nasty stuff and that's why people wear gas masks with the stuff.

Its true racing fuel, so I would have expected people to have to make the correct provisions for using it. I guess the question was so vague, I gave a vague answer, since it was E85 related (thank god! :( ). |
