friggin' avc-r...does anyone know hot to tune this thingy?
i'm reading the manual right now..and that thing doesn't make too much sense to me @ all. Does anyone here in the tri-state area know how to tune this baby?

Well glad i'm not alone! I just installed my AVC-R last night in my Civic, works great and I love it. As far as tuning goes, the manual explain how to do it in a decent enough manner, but as far as getting to it, that'll require some more advice cause I've never done anything like this either. I still don't know what the hell "Duty" is refering to Inj. Duty, Soleniod Duty etc... Right now I have it at like .25 bar and 30% duty (sol. duty). Anybody care to explain this?

do a search and you will find plenty topics in this forum regarding this. Second off most everything oyu need to know is in the manual just read it.

well your boost is set at 3.6 lbs. what's your boost at when the AVC R is turned off? the instructions really do a pretty good job of explaining the whole setup procedure.

man i think i got differnet instrustions with mine cause i think it is pretty confusing.

my wastegate is 9psi springs...but when i boost..i can .08bar reading on it. And one of my o2 sensor is opened so I need to cap that baby as well. How do I turn that baby off?
