Friend needs help

this Question is for my mate, he has a B20b block and a b16a (CRVTEC), the internals are standard and he is wanting to boost it, at the moment he is running 10.1 compression, how much boost would he be able to run??

I am running stock Type R compression 10.6:1 and my tuner said I could run 6-8psi but I want to be on the safe side I am running 6psi.

I'm pretty sure a B20B / B16A combo with stock internals will give well below 10:1 compression.

he is not sure what compression he is running but he thinks its about 10.1

what do you think? b20b with b16a head?
