I don't know about the burnt tip, but i like the styling, looks a bit more classy than a typical fart can IMO.

Kind of hard to have loud and sound like *** in the discussion when you're discussing a turbocharged car.
I just have a 3" straight pipe and it's quiet IMO, a straight through muffler is a straight through muffler, they all sound the same if you ask me, it's the pipes and resinators to them that make the difference.
By the way, the turn down will cut sound down a little but too.
