Default Fouling plugs every couple of days.

I recently had my built turbo ITR tuned with Hondata s200. It seemed to run fine for a couple of days. 3 days after the tune was done, I tried to start the car, and it woudnt start. I pulled the plugs, and found them soaked in fuel. So I replaced them with another set NGK 3330's. The car started right up, and drove fine for a couple of days. Again, a coupleof days later, I tried to start the car, and the same thing. I took the car back to the tuner, and he said all the maps looked OK. Any ideas on what to do?

What size injectors? Do you have a wideband in the car?

Obviously something didn't go right with the tuning

I dont have a wideband right now. The injectors are RC 750cc saturated. I started the car for the first time in 3 days today. It started for a second and quickly shut off. I tried again and it sounded flooded. I pushed the gas and started one more time. It started up, but dumped alot of fuel for a couple of minutes. Nothing but straight black puffs out of the exhaust. It drove like crap for about 5 more minutes until the car wormed up. It seemed to run okay after that. One thing I know is the car runs really bad until it warms up.

PLugs wouldn't cause this kind of fouling. It seems like warm up enrichment is messed up. See if he can mess with it a little.

wild guess, but are the injectors some how dumping fuel into the motor when you're not running?

Shad is the tuner. He was the tuner for Abacus, and he now owns Accuracy.

Sounds like a shitty tune to me! Part of the tuners job is to trouble shoot little stuff like this, if he can't figure it out find a different tuner.

I would like to know your A/F while warming up and fully warmed up at idle.

it sounds like your start up tables are not setup correctly. When I first started tuning with the AEM EMS a few years ago I had that problem. After I tuned the start up tables the problem went away. just my .02
