Forged H-Beam Rods on D16.. need to modify something?
Again some of my stupid questions:
I am looking for some H-Beam forged rod, maybe TunerToys, but I have heard thet there is some problem with a block clearance. The Engine is D16Z5 (EDM something like a ZC DOHC NON VTEC).
Does anybody have some pictures of this modification??
Thank you!

Not exactly sure about your engine but some D series need block notching when fitting Eagle H beam rods.

Yeah that exactly what I was looking for:

you have to notch the block, and the girdle, the bolts will not clear the girdle, the newer eagle rods are not that bad, but a little bit needs to be shaved off of the block as well, just use a dremel.
