Its safe for low boost. I suggest running a high pressure inline fuel pump as opposed to the 255 intank fuel pump.

Ive heard its safe to run the FMU, but I didnt feel like risking it. My revhard kit came with the whole FMU setup, but I bought some 440s and switched to uberdata before I put it on thecar. After selling the fmu/pump/missing link that came with the kit, I ended up only spending about $200 out of pocket to switch to uberdata. It would have been way cheaper as well if I didnt have to convert to OBD1.

ditto... I personally do not trust an fmu setup though above 7-8 psi.

some though on here have managed higher boost with an fmu, but it seems risky to me.

i do not plan to run over 7 psi because i know it isnt that safe. i was asking if i will be doing any damage to my engine until i go uberdata or hondata. which could be around a month or so. i drive the car everyday i will not beat the crap out of it but i do not want to damage my engine. so do you think 7 psi is ok for about a month?

Yes, just:
1. run step colder plugs
2. change your oil every 2500 miles
3. check your plugs every so often for signs of wear/detonation
4. check under your car for leaks
5. check compression every so often
6. use Mobil1 15w/50 synthetic motor oil and NGK BKR7E spark plugs https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif
