I am offering a group buy of six intercoolers at $200 each. Polished end tanks will be $15 extra. Packaging on each intercooler will be $6, and shipping charges will be actual UPS charges. I will be doing all of the work on these intercoolers at once. Fabrication of the intercoolers will start after I receive payment from each of the six members who are interested. I do not think this should be a long wait. I will accept money orders and Paypal payments that include confirmed shipping address'. I will try my best to keep an updated list a few times a day.

The sizes of the intercooler in the GB:
Core Size: 30in (wide) x 5 1/4in (tall) x 2in (deep)
End Tanks: 2.25 (wide) x 5 3/8in (tall) x 3in (deep)
Piping: 2.5 OD x 1.25 thick / 2.75in Long

The only difference in the intercoolers from the one seen on http://www.homemadeturbo.com/z62.html are that they now have tapered end tanks.

I do not have any other pictures, and I do not have any intercoolers at my house to take a picture of. What you are seeing is the cut rows were the cores were cut from. You can pick the cut fins off if you want to, but I will leave it up to you if you want to do it.

Thanks to six quick people the group buy is filled. Sorry for those that wanted in, but did not make it. I kept a list of members who wanted in (up to #10), so if someone backs out or can't come up with the funds I will be emailing you in the order I received your emails to see if you want in.

For those that made it in and are yet to pay:
If something happens and you can't get your payment to me in a respectable time, please give up your spot to a person who can. If I think that you are really dragging *** and not respecting your fellow H-T members, I will drop you. I want this to go smoothly for myself and the buyers, and I don't want everyone waiting for their intercoolers, just because someone is being lazy or hoping to come up with the funds.

I will keep updating the list as to when I receive everyone's payment. Once I get all six people payments, the intercoolers will be made and shipped out. Eveyone will receive their personal tracking numbers in an email directly from UPS.

Jeff-thanks a lot for your help and kind words. I really think that I would have a much harder time getting this deal done if it wasn't for your help.

Those intercoolers are ugly. The welds are horrible and they are cut cores with welds all down the bottom. Have fun with the ic pipes poping off the intercooler as the in/oulets are not even bead rolled. Sizes are super small as well, I guess you get what you pay for though.

First off the cut fins on the top and bottom can be pulled off and if you think they can't be modified with a pair of pliars to keep the charge pipes on, you are wrong. Also about the size, not everyone runs 18 psi and needs an intercooler that won't fit behind the bumper. Didn't your mom teach you that if you didn't have anything good to say, shut the hell up.
