Default FiveOmotorsport EV14 1200cc injectors

Anyone running these injectors or reviews? I have done a few searches on these and so far so good (except for a couple bad reviews on WRX/STi motors), but not much on K-series/1200cc specifically.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-Honda-K20-...019#vi-content

http://www.fiveomotorsport.com/product-search/?v=3362

Use for highly modified K20 and K24 - 4 cylinder engines, Hyundai Tiburon/Genesis 2.0/3/8, Nissan 350 and 370Z, Skyline GTR. (This injector can be custom fitted to many applications. See other listings or call for specific fit).
FLOW CHART: Each set is sold with a complete flow-data chart indicating individual dynamic and static flow rates at 3, 3.5, and 4 BAR at 25%, 50% and 100% for each injector, along with dead time (latency) at 14 volts. Flow matching was done with industry-standard equipment of the highest quality.
The tests were performed at varying temperatures to achieve realistic results.

Our injectors are custom-milled from brand new American/German/Japanese-made fuel injector "cores" in large-quantity batches to achieve the highest quality product.
The resulting sets are all-fuels rated; including gasoline (MTBE), and E-85. The finished injectors are then flowed and inscribed with a control number. Data is recorded for each injector. They are then hermetically-sealed and placed in matched sets ready for shipping.
You don't get this kind of technology from an OE injector.
You receive a complete set of fuel injectors - ready to install in your modified engine - complete with all orings and/or rubber grommets.
Flow Rates: (Actual flow rates may vary set to set but not more than 0.5-1.0%).
1200cc/min at 43.5 PSI (3.0 BAR)
1305cc/min at 50.8 PSI (3.5 BAR)
1410cc/min at 58.0 PSI (4.0 BAR)
Complete static and pulse flow rates delivered with each set.
Latency (Dead Time): 1.0ms at 14 volts (Complete table sent with set).
Resistance: 11.8-15.5 Ohms, high resistance
Voltage: 8-15 Volts, Nominal 13.5 Volts
Amperage: 1.0 Amps
Dead Time: 1.0 ms at 14 volts
Excellent atomization for medium compression, single- and multi-valve engines.
Pressure: Min. 36 PSI (2.5 bar), Max. 101 PSI (7 bar)
Surface finish: Black composite
Easy tuning and accurate compensations

Thanks. How long have you been using them?

I'm running the DeatschWerks 1300cc Bosch EV14 currently and cannot get the AFR at idle to stop hunting from rich to lean. Something about the low pulse-width on the injectors.

Here is what my tuner said
They have extremely poor low pulsewidth performance. Idle quality is absolutely horrible and low throttle closed loop performance is wanting. This isn't me just talking **** either -- I love DW's fuel pumps and run them in both of my Hondas because they're awesome pumps. But I've tuned multiple people with those DW1300's and every time the story is the same (not to mention we've personally tested a set to compare to a set of ID1k's).
And here is the thread on exactly what my car is doing on the DW1300's http://www.8thcivic.com/forums/force...-showdown.html

Glad to hear these are decent...i've been looking at them for my STi, but i've heard a few iffy reviews. Are the side-feeds good also?

I have no experience with the five0 injectors.

ID's would be my choice for the extra money.

I have used FIC's injectors and not had an issue.
FIC dealers including us are running a black friday weekend special on their injectors. 15% off for 525-900cc and 10% off for 1100cc or 2150cc injectors.

I’ve been running mine for over a year. I’m able to idle relativity solid at 1,000rpm at 14:1 AFR. I say relatively because I have large cams that pull a low vac at idle.

ID needs to have a middle option between 1000cc and 20000cc injectors.

I run Five0 1600cc EV14's on my 84x89 LS/Vtec, they run impressively smooth on pump gas and ofcourse even better on E96

What exactly failed on the injectors? Did it just stop working?

I want to know too... Injectors don't just die, especially when they are based off from reliable proven cores.

Most of the time, it's probably debris in the fuel line (e.g. new custom fuel system with new lines, fittings, etc..), and then they clog up the injector and they stop working or starts leaking internally. Over the years, I have a habit of priming and flushing the system out without the fuel rail attached whenever I install a new pump, a new line, etc...

These seem like a good choice that are not ready to jump to 2000's. I'll be trying there 1400's out soon.

I can't stand the idle/driveability on these Deatschwerks 1300's. Looks like I'll be ordering a set of FiveOmotorsports 1200cc for Kseries in the up coming week. I'll keep this updated.

Care to explain how two injectors with the same core and flow capabilities are "not even close" to each other? Not hating, legitimately want to know.
