Default Fitting a JR oil cooler with an Intercooler...need help from those with both

I just got a JR oil cooler for my 2000 Civic, and it's supposed to go in front of the AC condenser on the driver's side. The problem is, I don't think it will fit because of my intercooler and piping. Where else can I mount it? I've seen some mounted in front of the intercooler itself on the bumper support, but will it heat soak the intercooler? Thanks.

Mike
