OUCH.
I bet it blows a headgasket on the dyno
EDIT: WHOA WHOA WHOA....
79mm bore on a SOHC? Would Exospeed even do that big of a bore?

Thats way to big of a bore for a fi D series. Well i wish you luck, if you ever have to rebuild it will more then likely need a new block. Hell you should have kept the greddy kit. The ss autocrap will fail forsure. The only question is when and how much damage it will do. I would sell that before you even run it. If anything at least brace the mani and swap to a different turbo. I would hate to see the turbo come apart and put metal shavings into the new block. 22k better include the price of the car and a high end system. Good luck with it and let us know what kind of power it puts out.

thats my guess...79mm is sorta scary with boost. However that block sure doesnt look like a 79mm block - looks more like the stock bore. Maybe that was before he bored it out.

Re: (dornon13)
Did anyone notice when he posted his setup on honda-tech he said it was a SS Chrome manifold... then on d-series.com he said it wasnt a SS chrome manifold?
AND NO THAT IS NOT AN SS CHROME mANIFOLD!!!! It was a replica I had a shop build for me But it has Thicker Piping and and has way better Welds And yes it is Braced.
I dont know either way it looks cheap to me but otherwise nice setup!
