Default Finally into the 12's next looking to break an 11'sec pass!

I've been meaning to post this up, but have been to busy. Finally broke into the 12's about a month ago. Car was tuned my Mase. I'm not exactly sure of the hp #'s because it was a street tuned.

Setup
2000 Civic Si (2650 lbs. with me in it)
B16a2 (9.5.1 compression)
GE Sleeves
Eagel rods
Arias pistons
Type R head (stock intake/exhaust valves) RM springs/retainers
RevHard Intake manfold
JG 65mm throttle body
Inline pro turbo manifold (Full-race soon I hope)
SC34 (t3/t04E 57trim / .63 A/R)
Spearco Intercooler 28.5x6x3
Blitz BOV (hard spring)
Tial 38mm wastegate (1 bar spring)
3" custom downpipe, 3" test pipe, thermal exhaust
B16 tranny Quaife LSD
ACT Extreme pressure plate
ACT 6 puck
ACT lightened flywheel
Hondata S100B
RC 750 saturated injectors
AEM fuel rail
Fast-turbo complete fuel line kit
Aeromotive FPR
and some other stuff..., etc.

Slip
Reaction - .577
60ft. - 1.823
330 - 5.350
1/8 - 8.150
mph - 86.1
1000ft. - 10.746
1/4 mile- 12.507
mph - 112.9

I didn't get the 12.5 on video, but my friend got another pass at 12.6! I'll post some pics of my car shortly. I just upgraded to a full-race t3/t67, and I'm hoping to run 11's next month.

Very nice. I have the same turbo and my goal is mid 12's. I thought it was going to be tough with my em1 but it seems very possible after that vid. I'd like to know how much boost you are running also.

On the boost gauge around 23-24, but when Mase was tuning it, the map sensor was seeing about 1.4 bar (20 psi).

It's possible it just takes more power or some weight reduction...

That all looks good, but it doesn't seem to all fit together. Something isn't jiving. 20psi on that turbo, you should be making some decent power, enough to pull you into the 11's easily....
maybe i'm thinking to hard.....good time though. ......

i see what you are saying the car should be faster, your driving is pritty good so i think you will need more power to get in the 11's , where your tires spinning at all? cus when i whent to the track i was still spinnig in second and some of third.

slicks are too small. plus by the looks of the trap speeds your not making an incredible amount of power. which is weird. id guess its making about 300whp or so

In a hatch yes, but it's not as easy in coupe... More weight.

Yes I had some tire spin, but I was running 22" slicks on the 12.5 pass. I just recently upgraded to the 24.5x8.5x13. Went back to the track, pulling the same 60fts. as the 22's (low 1.8 on average) but I was boosting less. Had some boost controller issues, and my intercooler was to small.

I'm now running bigger slicks, precision 600hp intercooler, and a full-race t3t/t67. That should get me into the 11's. (crossing fingers! )

Your right Pete... The SC34 that I had just seemed to fall flat on it's fast past 7800 rpms... I don't think I will have that problem with the t3/t67

Oh yeah! Won't go back until then! I wish Mase was closer to do the tune. Not that many good places to tune in Northern California. I'm headed down south shortly to tune...
