Finally dyno'd my 4dr GSR
Finally got around to strapping my car on the dyno to tune it. We ran into some issues with the boost controller and spark blowout, but over all I am happy with the power it made. It has a ton of power left inside her that will be unlocked this year.

Video will be coming soon, waiting on friends to send them to me. Big thanks to Steve Wilson (http://wilsontuning.webs.com/hondaacura.htm) for the tune and Dyno Brian (DynoTune Motorsports) for allowing us access to his dyno and dealing with my friends for hours haha.

Re: Finally dyno'd my 4dr GSR
very nice on the pump gas. i was figuring to see somewhere around 475 on 17 psi but this is sweet over 500. what spark plug gap were you using? i could easily see it going down in the .016 range.
i had an issue on the dyno with my pwm solenoid, it just wasnt increasing boost consistently when i kicked up the duty cycle. i think running a higher wastegate spring could very well help.
i almost must say that i saw your thread in the drag racing forum and your engine bay is beautiful and clean!

Thank you! The gap was actually at .025 we might have to step it down to .016 and see if that fixes the issue.
Heres the video I promised:

yeah id bet bringing the gap down will help you, i know it helped me on all stock ignition, ngk 8's and 16-18 psi around 475hp. try it at .020 and go from there. good luck man, it all looks good. get to the track, get that thing in the 10's.
you dont have to share if you dont want to, but i figured id ask what kind of timing are you running up top on the pump gas?

Yeah man it has been a while, thanks!!
Twin walbro 255's in the tank
The gap might be the issue honestly, its at .025 so were gonna gap it down and see if that fixes the blowout. I honestly see no reason this car wont be in the 10s next sunday at IFO. I will have to look at the log to tell ya what timing is at up top
