Few more turbo install questions
1. What do I need to do with the sensor that used to plug in to my intake?
2. Will I need a breather or is there some other alternative?
3. Are there any special tools that I'll need to do this job?
I'll try to update the list if I have more questions so that I wont fill the forum up with posts.

There's only one sensor on my intake, so i'm talking about that one. And yes, i'm talking about a breather for my valve cover.

a deepwell 15/16" so it makes it easier to take out the oil sensor on the back of the block.
for the sensors, if you are talking about the ones think you are, people use zip ties and tie to to the pipe and do not use it. <- i think, not 100% sure though.

1) the IAT sensor need to be put somewhere in your turbo inlet pipe(can go in the filter or drilled and put into the piping itself). Don't put it back into the intake piping that goes into your TB, you will get a CEL code.
2) breather hoses can have breather filters(look like miniature cone filters) placed on them, you can pick these little filters up at Pep Boys, etc...
3) there are so many that you will need, the only things that I can think of is:
a bunch of sockets(especially a 22mm or a 19mm for the Oil pressure sensor),lots of crecent wrenches, a soldering iron, wire strippers, dremel tool and grinding wheels, etc..

Re: Few more turbo install questions (maxim)
Where can I get a bung to weld on to the turbo inlet pipe so I can have a place to mount the IAT sensor?

Re: Few more turbo install questions (JMinSi2000)
If you want to do it the way I did, I drilled about a 1/2 inch hole into the inlet pipe and put a gromet(from my old AEM CAI) in there and it works just fine.
The ghetto way to do it is to just have it supported by a clamp of some sort, just leaving the sensor out in the open. Just don't put it into your intake piping going into your TB.

Yeah, that's the one. I'm not sure why yours has been able be in that place without a CEL code. The reason I say this is because i did the exact thing you are doing and kept getting a CEL 01 or 10(I for get which) for IAC malfunction. I would take it out and it would work just fine, but decided that looked cheap.
Plus, I think the majority of people place it somewhere on the inlet.
