Default fellow h-t'ers i need your help

recently i have felt a loss of power from my car but thought it was the warm weather in miami. i recently ran into a problem with my downpipe and was like well let me pull the plugs. well i pull the plugs and everything is looking good for 1-2, but 3 is brownish and not as grey as the other 3. seems as if there is something fishy going on in the cylinder.

i decide to take out the trusty compression checker and check the compression.

this is what i got. 181-180-152-180 so this confirms my susp. of where the loss of power is coming from.

now i am going to adjust the valves because it seems as if ther are off by a bit all around.... but there is def. something going on.... what all can i do to check.

i've read to do a leakdown test... how so ?!?!? and what other aspects could cause something like this. and what are my options.

cp pistions dished 9:1
eagle rods
new bearings all around
new oil pump

go to a workshop and ask if anybody can perform a leakdown test for you!
a mistake is easely made with a leakdowntest
