Fel-Pro Gaskets, good, bad, or ok?
I am building a B18B turbo aiming for about 400 whp. Completely rebuilt the engine short of the crank and cams and I am now looking for a lower end gasket set (conversion kit so its called by Fel-Pro). Anyone ever use fel-pro and are they good gaskets? How do they compare to Honda OEM? Fel-pro sells a kit for the lower end for about $65 on summitracing, where the Honda I would have to purchase gaskets seperately. Money aside, what are the best gaskets for my app?

Re: (nonvteclude)
From my experience, i've had bad luck with felpro's oil pan gasket ( blue ) , so I would stay away from that. Side by side, the OEM part is 100x better quality from the quality of the rubber used to the metal washers inbedded into the oil pan gasket used to position the gasket while tightening down.

I have used the fel pro for all my stuff never had a problem. Even used the autozone headgasket which is fel pro made 505 and after a year of driving it still holding up.
I think people need to get off the oem is best bandwagon on here.

Id rather use what honda put the motor together with. There's reasons why honda's are dependable.
I would have to say the engineers Pwn us. I use what they say, after all they built some damn good motors. I dont think theres an OEM bandwagon, people like quality products.
