Aeka GSR

Wires are fucked up on the ecu wire harness. If my ECU isnt sitting in the correct angle the car will die. There was a time when I would disconnect the ecu when I was going to school, that screwed things up. I tried to see if I broke any solder joints on the ecu and everything is clean and I can't localize what wire is causing the problem either so I'm thinking of just replacing the whole wire set and not deal with these problems again.
Where can I get a replacement or is there a way to localize the wire? There are so many of them.
