i called a shop today to get a quote on rebuilding a T3/T4e turbo and they quoted me for $375. basically it would be getting all new gaskets, parts, and would come with a 1 year warranty. am i getting ripped? or no?

It's a little up there, but that's about right. Did they inspect it before they came up w/ that price?

i was told 450 for a rebuild on a greddy 18G, so i sold it cheap and got a t3t4.

The rebuild kit alone is $100. Add on labor and spin balancing and yeah, that sounds about right.

just a lil hard to get someone to answer the phone during normal hrs.. they are busy as fok
