Every time I turn the car off, I get a faint "squeak." It definitely sounds like its a rush of air when the car is turned off, and for some reason it squeaks.

I've checked a ton of vacuum lines for leaks, tightened the bolts on the manifold (JRSC) and still it persists. If I remove a vacuum line from my bypass valve to the TB, then the rush of air exits from the TB nipple without the squeak.

Any ideas on what exactly the noise is, and how can I make it stop without unhooking lines and causing a leak?

You're just hearing atmospheric pressure air "leak" back into the manifold and any vacuum reservoirs, all of which was under 20" vacuum right when you turned the car off. I get this on my car too.

I've never heard this before though...why does it all of a sudden occur?
