f22 h22 turbo oil drain return
I have wondering if this would work instead of puting my oil drain on my oil pan i think it would work better in a hole just above the oil pan. there is a place on my block for it just above the oil pan i need to just drill it out and tap. i think it would look alot cleaner and it directly below my turbo. what do you think could go wrong. i have a machine shop so drilling is no big deal.i have heard you dont want the oil to drain back inline with a rod any truth to this.
its the hole in the middle just above the oil pan
it would come out here

it seems logical, the question is at what degree would the oil return line be at coming off your turbo? as long as the line is not at a degree where oil will pool you should be fine. it really depends on where your turbo sits on the manifold

it is well above this level to pool up, but this is directly inline with a rod. i was told by someone not to put the oil return inline with a rod. i dont even know if they know what they where talking about

just got off the phone with turbonetics. this want work because it is directly inline with the rod and the windage from the crank will cause a problem
