a/f richens at idle when I turn headlights on(in open loop)...
when I turn on any electrical device on in my car(headlights, fan, etc...)my a/f ratio at idle drops almost a full point. This only happens when i'm in open loop. When I switch to closed loop, it will drop, but after a couple seconds the a/f will be right where its supposed to be. My a/f readings seem to be on point while driving.
FYI, im using Uberdata 1.70

let me guess.... autometer gauge right?
when you cut on your headlights the voltage to the gauge changes, thus making the gauge think af has changed. trust me i used to have the gauge

Re: a/f richens at idle when I turn headlights on(in open loop)... (wantboost)
when i was using my autometer turning on my rear defrosoter, fan, headlights ect would "lean" out the guage.

Datalog it and see if it moves into a different load cell. Tune accordingly.

yeah i agree ^^^ you can only trust gages to a certian point. you need to go by what your ECU is reading.
