Default exhuast port "gasket matching" on turbo car ?

I have the tools and the time to "gasket match" my exhuast ports to my gasket/ported manifold.

The question is.... Is it even worth the mess or could I possibly screw up exhuasts flow some how. Keep in mind that this would just be a 3/4 inch deep gasket match, not a full blown "race like" port job.

I also know better than to screw with hondas infinate wisdom on the intake side.
