In the new car the finished product will be Kami/Endyne 4-1 to 3 in mandrel bent to X-Tec Motorsports 3 in muffler. And there will be a resonator somewhere in there to knock down the rasp. Don't know if i'm going to go with stainless or aluminum pipe though. My friend runs Apexi WS with his and he loves it. Nice and low/throaty. No raspy/fart can sound.

What do you guys think of that new Apexi PS Revoltion deal? Sounds kind of nice, i'll have to see.

I had an Apex'i WS on my GSR. It was a TypeR/LS version as I was using a TypeR/LS DC 4-2-1 ceramic 2 piece...

1. Had a good sound/tone quality and was very quiet until it was run on the freeway. After heating up, it got too loud for me, especially around town...
2. Very good quality. SS muffler, coated steel piping and SS bolts.
3. Does not choke off the very top end like my TypeR muffler does. It performed and sounded very much like my old RS-R muffler, which is the one that used when I got the 251Hp dyno pull...
4. Not sure, but looks to be standard aftermarket sized, so it's visibly larger than stock...

I just took off an OBX(?) twin loop muffler and it sounded like the WS and the RS-R, and even sounded like them until you really got on it. I really liked the sound of at WOT, but again, it got too loud for me after it heated up...

I ran the Apex'i RS (old version of the WS)
1) Sounded great. Not much louder than stock driving around, and screamed when you got on it. Wasnt loud at all, couldnt even hear it much over the charger. Very stockish, the "scream" wasnt a raspy hollow noise, it was like stock but a bit deeper.

2) Great quality. Been on my car for 4 years now.

3) Made 214/151 @ 6PSI JRSC and 248/174@ 7PSI Drag'd. Probably a bit restrictive at this point, but with the JRSC, I dont think it was. Most power Ive ever seen made on a JRSC @ 6PSI was with an ITR exhaust, in both instances.

4) 60mm
