Exedy stg 1 or 2 for turbo ls
I will be changing my clutch soon and are interested to know if exedy stg 2 any good for street driving or should I just go with stg 1. In a couple of monthes, the car will turbo charged with a Drag gen 3 kit I bought. I will be running only 9lbs. Anyone running this setup?

If you want an Exedy then go Stage 2. I sell these for cheap so look me up if you need one. Also there are many other better clutches out there in my opinion, Competition Clutch, Clutchmasters, ACT, Action Clutch, etc etc which I can get also. What are you power goals?

i have used both clutchs. the stage 2 is not bad for street but depending on your HP is weither or not you use the stage one or 2. i was running a b20 with 7psi making 215 to the wheels the stage 1 was no problem on that power. but i do think if you do more power than that you will need the stage 2. i have put a stage 2 in a car and it wasnt bad on the street. and it was for a guy that is not a real car person. he just had money and wanted a fast honda.

That is a Stage 2 then, they have Stage 1, Stage 2, then Hyper Single then the Twin Disc clutches! I am glad to hear people are holding power with these clutches now. Before others hadn't and the DSM guys don't have luck with them either
