Default Everything I need for turbo...

I'm trying to figure out every little supporting item I need for turbo.

I have a Hondata s200b, a ported head, and a 3-angle valve regrind. I want to make 400whp using a Spark Racing B-series turbo kit. I know it is possible. Here is what I think I need for my B16 block.

CTR/ITR cams
Adjustable Cam Gears
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
RC Engineering 720cc Injectors (I have heard 550s arent big enough)
Stronger Clutch/Plate (I plan on a CTR transmission (LSD equipped))
Resurfaced/New Flywheel?
Forged Pistons / Eagle Rods / Piston Rings (Eagle Stroker Kit, maybe, if it doesn't make my RS ratio go to ****)
Adjustable FPR?

If you can come up with anything else please list it here, I am trying to learn.

I've got exhaust.

What other electronics do I need other than hondata?

Also, which 3 gauges should I stick in the a-pillar? Boost, EGT, and what else?

Why do you want/need CTR/ITR cams? Excessive overlap is counter-productive in boosted applications.

Everyone I have talked to said the CTR/ITR cams are the most boost-friendly. If it's wrong, say so.

for 400hp go with 720's, and you don't need the CR cams, get the gsr cams and put $ elsewhere. Btw for exhuast you need to run a 3" if your gonna make alot of power, what do you have now?

just stick with gsr cams like previously stated. also, i woulnt go with ctr tranny, the b16's gearing is good enough. lsd would be good. i stuck with stock flywheel, but if you want a lighter one, dont go too light.

instead of spending your money on those parts i just listed, spend it on your block.
i would get cp/je pistons(go with 9.1-9.8-----9.1 if your tuner is not all that great), crower/full-race/manley rods, and i would think about sleeving it--no stroker kit, you wont need it b/c as long as you have a bullet proof block you can just turn up the boost.

get an a/f meter.. without autometer i would never know that my system leaned out, i ignored it anyway thinking its a cheap gauge.. and fried piston rings..

oil pressure, boots.. i don't run egt.. but i guess its good to have..
for fuel, i guess 720cc should do, intank high pressure fuel pump, f.p.r. is also good to have.. i see people upgrade their fuel lines and rail at that whp..

i would also say gsr cams for that much whp.. 3" exhaust will help..
make sure to do stainless steel oil return line..

I have a 2.5" exhaust.

GSR cams it is.
AF, Boost, and Oil Pressure.
I am planning on Eagle Rods, JE Pistons, and Darton Sleeves.
720ccs it will be then for injectors.

This board is a lot of help :D

darton sleeve are nice.. but in order to mess up sleeves, you have to do enough damage to mess up pisons.. right? stock sleeves should take 400whp from what i read..

hey, if your gonna go ahead and get nice pistons and sleeves, you should just spend an extra 300 for good rods too! trust me, you'll feel that much more confident in your block.. if you search around, there was a thread all about eagle rods and how they fail. not saying that there not good or anything(because i use them) its just that i feel now that i should have just spent the 300 extra.

and if i were to get 3 guages-egt, boost, oil temp.

I've got some Eagle B16 rods for sale for $300 if you're interested. Never been used.
