Enough WHP to hit 12s in a RSX?
Been looking around for a turbo kit for my '02 RSX Type S for about two months now. In terms of bolt on turbo kits, the market seems pretty slim.
Let me lay down my goal: 12 anything. I want the car to be fast but more than likely I'll be dumping the stock 16s for something 2-3 inches bigger in the distant future. I'm not spending a dime on this car buying rims, CAI, not even a damn air freshner. All I'm doing now is research and saving my money.
I'm leaning towards the Stage 1 Cybernation Motorsports or a Full Race Stage 3 one. Cybernation's stage 1 puts down 290whp at 8 psi w/ Gaurdian EI on a stock '02 Type S. Price for that is $3800 w/o Gaurdian EI (don't know how much with). I couldn'tfind any numbers for the Full Race Kits but I did read that there rated at limits of 400 and up so I shouldn't have to worry about the manifold cracking or anything like that.
Hopefully someone in here can help me out decision wise. I honestly don't expect to be doing a whole lot of internal engine work (hopefully I'm right), just some better cams.

It doesn't matter too much how much power your car has...
The real question is, are you a good enough of a driver to use that power?
