Just got back from the track. it was crazy. SOOOO many cars were there. Only made 2 passes. It was packed to the point they had to deny entry for some races. I've never seen this happen at Englishtown.

Anyway, I ran a new personal best. 11.632 @ 117.84MPH. Same setup, still at 9.5psi. Ran with full interior (car weighed in at 2434lbs today with me in it). Still have my coolant-shooting-into-overflow-bottle problem

Congrats... It was a nice day also but damn...you'd most likely could've gone faster if it was colder..hope to see you post low 11s high 10s sooner or later

I still need to get my coolant problems worked out )antifreeze going into the overflow bottle after boosting). Once I get those problems solved, I'm going to boost to about 15psi and try to crack lower times.

Also really have to consider doing a roll cage or bar......

I was also at Englishtown today, my car is not ready so I didnt run, however I was able to meet with a few friends from this board Hi Wayne(Fast Track Motorsports) and Chris (ITR06) Was just great to actuallt see U guys on a personal basis and not behind a PC or miles away from each other.Guys again It was great. Sorry I
didnt meet however a big "congrats" is in order, Hope you are able to solve your coolant issues, well I am going to use the winter season to get everything in order. I will be ready for the next season(2002) by the end of January.

Need anti-freeze in there because it's been getting cold. Don't want anything to break.

I'm going to pull the head off again to see what's up. Might slap on a different Si head and see if it cures the problem.

I might go to that WW3 thing at Budds Creek.

I could not make it to E-Town cause I procrastinated all my school work until Sunday. However, Tues. at Atco....you down. It's gonna be pretty cold, maybe you can boost more there, and finally hit those low 11 sec. passes.

If anyone wants to go to Atco....it's only $12 to race and you get more than 10 runs if you get there by 5:30p (thats when gates open)...they run till 10:30-10:45p.
We can meet up if any of you guys want to go. It's only 20 min from exit 7 on the NJ, Turnpike.

I was there, they sold out of Tech Cards at 11am! It sucked having to wait so long to run and only getting a couple. I guess everyone wanted to make it to the end of the season Import Event. What did you guys think of the Mobile Dyno? $60 for 3 baseline runs.

I saw the dyno, and was going to go on it, but dynos are hard on the car. If it was a little coller, I probably would have went on it (turbo car sitting still in normal temperature at 8000rpms and full boost is just askin for it.....)

$65 for 3 pulls is very cheap.

About Atco, I'm trying to do a leakdown test to see if my head or head gasket is f*cked. If it is, I'm going to swap the head and gasket in the morning and run in the evening. Hell, either way, I'll be there

Atco is a track down in Atco, NJ (somewhat south, maybe 45 minutes or so south of Englishtown). http://www.atcorace.com is their web site. The track is decent. We went tehre last Tuesday, and it's only $12 to race, all night. They don't give you a time card like Englishtown, so U can run as many times as U can. They do have gamblers on Tuesdays, so that slows things down a little. Last week Paul and I got 7 runs, and we got there at 7:45PM. They open at 5:30PM, so 15 runs is possible.

I will probably be down there tomorrow night. Anyone else going?

It went 11.9 on like 13 - 14 psi, but was going to limp mode due to a wirring problem. We are actually happy that the car went 11's on such a low boost setting and running in limp mode. This sunday, the car will run hard, we definetly figured out all the problems.
U got my number, hit me up if u want to roll with us. I got a few fast imports goin down sunday.
