endyn fuel pressure releif mod
I did this mod and now that Its done I got about 40psi fuel pressure with the car on and the needle shakes from 38-40 constantly. Should it do this? Kinda freaks me out. Its a walbro255lph im running.. dsm450's afc hack.

Yep - I assume you have the B&M gauge? It tends to do that... my in-car autometer holds steady - it's the mechanical gauge you're using. Don't sweat it.
With the fuel pressure mod, I'm at 39PSI.

Re: endyn fuel pressure releif mod (GSRswapandslow)
it is basically drilling out a hole in the stock fpr so that it returns fuel faster and get rid of some built up pressure. while it has worked for many including myself, i would recommending spending a lil more and getting at least an aem fpr if you cant afford an sx or aeromotive. then at least u can turn down the pressure or get a bigger return orifice. i hate having to prime my car so many times just to get it started, esp since my turbo timer is always on. personally i dont think its worth the hassle but works for a temp solution

I don't have any problems waiting for the pump to prime the motor.
I start the car like normal, fires right up.
