To help all these guys looking for sales jobs..... would it wreck your business position to expand on the details of the commission policy? If so skip the following.

Commissions are like what % of sales, when do bonus multipliers kick in? Do you get a T&E account? Limited T&E, unlimited?

What would the job be like everyday?

I live in louisiana, so i probadly have ZERO chance. I work in sales now.

Basically, we have a commission structure setup now, but rather than divulge it all right now, we are looking for serious inquiries from existing salespeople who already call on markets similar to ours.

We are still a small company but we are trying hard to deal with our rapid growth. This means there will be lots of room for upward mobility in the future, but not lots of perks now in the beginning like travel and expense accounts.

We are mostly looking for people who want to add a product to their lineup and make a nice commission doing it while not taking on a lot of extra expenses.

For someone to do EFI University sales ONLY right now is probably not an option. As we grow this will change.
