Default Eliminate Restrictive Muffler? Yay or Nay?

Right now I have a 3inch straight exhaust from my downpipe (2.5in) to my muffler. The problem is that my muffler inlet is 2.1in so its very restrictive. My question is, do u think i should cut the muffler off and replace it with a straight 3inch pipe no muffler? Or should I get a muffler with a 3inch inlet and run that instead? Noise is not a problem for me so let's forget about the noise factor. Would running no muffler make me lose power because of the decrease in back pressure? Money is tight and if i could do without buying a muffler i would rather that! Let me know fellas'!

Thanks in advance.

My setup is the following:
B16A2 Stock Internals
T3/T4 Turbo
Tuned on Crome 270whp 174tq

You do not have to run a muffler. Also turbo's love decreases in back pressure.

***Please look at local laws about noise pollution before doing so.***

Turbos might like lower back pressure however when I removed the cats and mufflers from my car with a blower my top end increased yet my low end torque decreased. Just something to think about for daily driving.
