it does not missfire. it fells like it hits rev limit, only when i floor it
i have a stock gsr motor, stock fuel and ignition.
car ran fine when it did not have turbo.

is your car even tuned? or ecu even chipped? mostly likey your map sensor is seeing boost, not allowing u to rev past a certain RPM, since your doing it slow its not reading boost, and once u smash and build boost it reads it when its not supposed to, get the ecu chipped and tuned

sounds like the ecu is cutting the engine out because of not enough fuel. i had the same problem when my ebc was sticking and causing the boost pressure to go too high; the engine would cut out like i was hitting the rev limiter. why are you even trying to rev it up with a stock fuel system? get some bigger injectors, a chipped ecu, and get it tuned.

Re: (h22silvia)
Well...this probably is not the best way to go about a turbo project. There are multiple problems here and not just one fix. We will start with stock fuel stock ign(as far as timing advance/retard)...that needs to be changed. I am also assuming that you are unsure of how much boost you are running?
As for your early "rev-limit"...not getting too technical... the stock code in the ECU has a voltage range that it can see from the map sensor. A MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor measures manifold pressure. negative pressure being vacuum and positive pressure being boost.. Even though the stock 1.7 bar map sensor can handle up to 10-11 psi..the stock ECU code sees any positive pressure as "out of range" and may even substitute TPS readings for MAP readings. Either way positive pressure on the stock ECU isnt going to work out with great results. What ROM editing programs that have boost support do is not only extend the exceptable voltage range from the MAP sensor but also extend the fuel and ign maps with fuel and ign values to represent these voltages.
If you feel your car is worth it, contact me and we can work out getting your car running reliably as well as making some pretty decent power.
