If you have too much blow by you can retard the intake advance the exhaust cam and go for higher
ignition advance.
An experienced tuner might have even better ideas.

Honestly stock K20A2 or Z1 cams will do a better job with your setup. In terms of the DC stuff, the 002.2 and 003.2 would be much closer to what has been run on high power turbo applications (Pro 1, BC Stage 2 etc). I don't think the HX40 turbine wheel and housing is large enough to deal with the overlap these cams will generate but if you set on trying it let us know how it goes. As other members have stated, make sure you have longish runners and use the divided housing to build a split-pulse manifold.
