I think it was a poor collector design...it was done cheaply in other words. Its made out of THIN stainless and WILL crack. And I dont remember but I recall the wastegate coming off of just two of the runners...you want the wastegate coming off all 4 so that it reduces surging etc.(just know...its not good ) there is no warranty.
pretty much...you get what you payfor.

Got one, it's not bad. Collector isn't so great, but the whole thing is like $200, so you really can't expect much. The one I have is braced, one of their newer styles, and in 7 months it hasn't cracked yet. The wastegate flange area needs to be cleaned up, at least on the one I got. The hole was full of excess weld. Only running 7 psi, so no boost creep problems, but I have heard of there being problems on higher boost setups. The tubes do seem to be rather thin gauge steel. The welds look pretty decent and this was verified by my turbo shop, kind of weird looking, but have held so far.
Honestly, I bought it before I knew the issues with them. If I had to do it over again, I probably would have gone with another brand. But the one I have is and has been working fine up until this point.

Just wait... He WILL die. an aweful death at that. Matt knows best when it comes to turbo manifolds. And if you **** with the turbo manifold gods they will strike you dead. So be weary of the ebay "satanicus" turbo manifolds OR DIE.

this same place...
...is selling a kit based on that mani for $600 shipped. Includes a new turbo, that SS manifold, SS dp, gaskets, etc.

I wouldn't trust it, but hey if you're a cheapass it's worth a shot I guess.

Re: this same place... (Slater)
strange how people have no experience w/ 'em and yet bash the **** outta 'em (typical H-T members).
I have one and used it on my automatic dx (d15) hatch. been using it for couple of months and I haven't had a single problem yet (6psi). I bought it because I know i'm not planning to push crazy hp out of the beater and it was cheap ($125 or so i think). I think they're worth the money if you're on budget and they certainly are better then all the drag manifolds I've seen (and yet people still buy 'em like crazy).

lets put it like this. SSAutoChrome is one of my sponsors. The B18c1 with the Red Hyper Ground system in their ads is my car. They PAID me to take those pics, making my Manifold free. I dont use it, nor will i ever. After installing for those pics, drove a week, wastegate flange cracked open. I got a lifetime warranty, free replacement. If after a week, it cracked, i dont have time/patience to keep shipping it back, waiting with no manifold, every week. I guess on low boost apps, thye are okay. My 10 Pounds must have been to much i guess. just my $.02.

Re: (GPoodle)
Manifolds crack, turbos **** out after LOW mileage, everything they sell is pure garbage. How are they still in business? I have no idea.... I would say only about half their customers are satisfied, and thats a pretty disgusting margin.

I just tuned a stock B18c with 1 the other day.
before the customer installed the kit he had us redo the wastgate port to a diff angle and bigger diameter. and we built a bigger DP also for him. after tunning this itty bitty turbo that he got off a 300zx it ended up making 296whp@10.5 psi . pretty cheesie looking mani woulndnt use or sell em my self but it seem to get the job done at decent boost levels.
