Easy way to hookup an external fuel pump <no welding>
here is a simple way to run an external fuel pump. Thread this fitting into the fuel tank drain plug, using the aluminum crush washer, and then thread a 3/8" NPT to -8 AN 90 degree elbow and you dont have to pull the tank/weld/cut anything.
the fitting

ill get pics of it on a car asap, someone stole my camera recently

don't you need a sump to prevent fuel starvation if you are low on gas and turning hard or going downhill?

Wow, I think you've just solved the problem with the K-series returnless fuel system. Just run an external pump and use the stock feed line as the return line

it wont work as well as a sump, but it will work damn well unless you are on almost empty and or up on 2 wheels
chevyalltheway -- every sump i have ever seen ahd a 90 coming off of it. I dont really understand how you could mount a fuel system without 90s... unless you put the gas tank in the sunroof cutout. i hear that the gravity drain works really well there!!
and yeah i think it would work really well on returnless hondas
