boost fed ls

I am running eagle H beam rods and cp pistons and I am getting ready to install put them together. I did a search to find out if there is a certain way the rods need to face. After reading most people say put the "bearing noches" facing the exhaust side, if this is true then my rod bearing noches face diff directions and when they were placed on the same side the bearings would be off center of each other. Am I doing somthing wrong or is this ok, is there a arrow or somthing on them?
