Default Is E85 still ok to use after sitting 4-5 months?

Just like the title states, I've had my car ripped apart and finally ready to run at the strip this weekend. My question is i have about 10 gallons of E85 in plastic drums that have been sitting up for about 4-5 months now. Can I still use it for this weeked? E85 isnt available where I live, and to fill up is a 2 hour trip lol.

As long as it was sealed properly in the drum. You should be golden to race

yes. as long as it was sealed like the shodan stated. i've had e85 sit in vp 5 gallon containers for close to 4 months with no problems.

I would just test it with the summit e85 tester. As well as visual inspection of the fuel itself. If in a tank, maybe check regulator or filter to be extra safe. You should be fine, but never hurts to be xtra careful.
