Default is a dyno tune or a street tune better for a daily driver????

i am about to get my car tuned on 11psi, and was wondering if i should just have it street tuned, or if i should just spend a little extra and have it dyno tuned while im there. what are the major differences, and are there pro's and con's? my initial thought was that if i get it dyno tuned, the car will be set up for that then, and it might perform different on the street.... but im not suree if thats all to true... anyone with any information would be a help!

Every street car should be both dyno tuned to dial in timing/power and street tuned for drivability.

It depends on the dyno, mine was tuned on a dyno dynamics dyno where you can add load to the car to simulate the street. I still took it for a quick spin afterwards just to make sure.

Exactly. The dyno no matter what it can do, can't perfectly simulate driving conditions.

Completely agree as well

Every 'Dyno Tune' should include some form of street tuning.

Generally I street tune part throttle as much as possible on the way to the dyno, check over as much part throttle as possible and make minor tweaks, then do the full throttle stuff.

On the way back from the dyno everything is checked again on the street.

if you do'nt care about pefrecting MPG, dyno is good enough. at least you'll be able to extract the most hp and know that you did
