on a dsm t-25 or 14g turbo do u have to run coolant lines and if not do u have to plug the holes and why is it water cooled and oil cooled

IMO if the turbo has a coolant passage then why not cool it?
Cooling the turbo will prolong its life... why wouldn't you want to do that?
Sure it will still work if you don't cool the turbo but just not as long.

actualy some people have overheating problems when they run coolant to the turbo.
I actually know someone who had that problem also, it went away when he removed the water lines from the turbo.
sure your turbo probly wont last 100-200k miles without being water cooled, or turbo timed every time you turn off the car..
but who freakin cares? it'll last PLENTY long with no problem, and even if there was a problem they're only like 100bux to replace.

normally every time i say i dont watercool mine, i get 10000 people telling me im a fool and that it will never overheat my motor..
